Body work?

Anyone done any major body work to thier third gen? We're going to jump into a good bit in the next few years with ours-rear quarters, floor pans (patching), that dam spot where the spare goes (I'd call it a trunk drop off, but since it's a hatch...), firewall where the throttle cable passes through needs patched, eventually the front shock towers, maybe the frame rails....

Just curious if anyone else has tackled any body work on thiers, and what kind of problems they might have come across...

I the hide a-way spare tire area, I used the fiber glass repair kit to patch up the hole.
