  • Tail Light Bulbs

Dosen't look like many people visit this section but I give it a shot. A good buddy of mine has a 86 or 87 RS and we can't figure out how to change his tail lights. We can't get to thebulbs themselves. So if I could get some help that would be geart, thanks! (I'm Fat) -bob-

If the 3rd gen camaro is the same as the 3rd gen firebird, you will have to remove the cover of the inside of the trunk area. That is the cover on the opposite side of the taillights. Once you do that, you should see a bunch of black plastic retainers that you remove. The retainers hold the taillights in place and once ALL of them are remove, you can change your lights.
