My friend has a 89 Blazer, I think it is a Blazer, anyway. According to the car it is supposed to have a 4.3 in it, but he is told by a few people that it is a 2.8 in it. How will I be able to tell? By the looks of it, it has a TBI system and not a MPFI. Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Blazers could be had w/the 2.8 & 4.3. W/the difference being 6-* norrow engien vs 90* wider engien, compare the width between the valve covers, as the 4.3 will be bigger. Any sbc can be used as a reference.
