• Need K&N filter # for my homemade CAI

I've seen the pics long ago and today I decided to do it. I went to Home Depot and purchased 45* & 90* elbows, a twin bracket with double worm screws on it and was undecided about buying what looked like a 12 ft pvc pipe. All I needed was 2 feet of pipe but the salesperson said they couldnt cut to size and buy the entire 12 ft pipe which was absurd to me but getting to my main question here, I need the K&N filter part # that I see in most homemade mods. Is this something I have to order through Summit? This is for my 3.1 V6 motor application.

should be able to take whatever end the air filter is going on to a AZ, Nappy, schlep boyz & match up what ricer APC filter fits it & then get K&N filter that mataches.

I used teh generic blue filter for $20, but made the mistake of letting it get wet

My $37 cai pics are in the intake/exhaust forum. I think you might find it interesting.
