i always thought that the rs's back in the 80s had 5.0s in them

rs means appearance...only in the 4th gens does itmean V6

although 98+ Z28s could get the bodykit too

heres is alot of info on how to do it,what u will need etc.the write up isnt fully done though i started it a while back.
if u have any ?'s id be more then happy to help u out.
i also sell full bolt on kits for the 3rdgen v6 cars if ur interested

Actually if the RS is equipped with the 3.1L / Manual Transmission... It also means 3.42 gears... Which even the z28's didnt come with :)

3.42's came with the 2.8's -- 3.1's got 3.23's.

No, I ended up blowing the motor - twice - due to improper tuning and the infamous GM ECM that pulls timing for rev limit.

Most iron head 2.8/3.1's get about 250hp with 6-10psi.

Is there a write up? I would totally do this to my 2.8 if my brother didn't smash up my Berlinetta recently. There is another 2.8 for sale that I might consider getting assuming my insurance doesn't drop be because of what happened to my bro.
