nah, I think as thee forum mod, and a v6 engine swap guru of the third gen variety (2.8 --> 3.4 --> 3800II --> 305) I'll let this topic continue.

A 3.4 can be swapped in and made to look identical to your 2.8. They are newer, more power, and there are plenty of peeps that have done it. I'll look up a good write up for you that should answer most questions.
