it's the factory overhead console. the counter(s) are for milage/trip/erl cahnage, whatever you want it to count. the dome light is movalbe, and ther should also be a removalbe flashlight 180* from what the pic is showing. The lights usually have comero on them, but there are some w/FIREBIRD too

Make sure you get the correct one if you plan to install one in your car. There are the T-top and hardtop versions. Little difference at all, but they do curve differently to the roof...
Most that Ive seen were actually in Berlinetta models, not IROCS...

My 85 Berlinetta has that center console. It's awesome. My ex-gf changed it to the mileage we met at, and then I changed it the day after she dumped me. Woohoo.
