Horsepower is how fast you hit the Minivan... Torque is how far you take the Minivan with you... :wavey:

On the Cadillac website it lists the "Direct Injection 3.6L V6 VVT" as having 302 HP. In any case, how hard do you think it will be to fit one of these into say a late-4th gen? =]

nasty intake silencers. that'd be the first thing to go if i bought a new v6.

current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it

As far as my opinion its a 3.6 and the 4th gens can get a 5.7 in so im sure it'll fit you just gotta make sure about the mounts and all ....... its possible im sure

since I wont register on yet another site: the engien in the 5th gen looks like the 256hp 3.6

why: look at the oil filler cap, p/s cap, and whatever that other cap is, compare it to the pic of the g8 v6.

someone on tgo is working on/has a kit to transplant a 3.6 into the 3rd gens

                          :naughty: :stp:

maybe an ls1 at the wheels

GM underrated the power output for the ls1 in the z28 and ss so the numbers wouldnt be comparable to the vette

the ss engine is most likely, if not the same engine that went into the corvette

and on second thought, that engine looks like a nightmare

and it resembles the old 3.4l they put on the older camaros
