Horsepower is how fast you hit the Minivan... Torque is how far you take the Minivan with you... :wavey:

nasty intake silencers. that'd be the first thing to go if i bought a new v6.

since I wont register on yet another site: the engien in the 5th gen looks like the 256hp 3.6
why: look at the oil filler cap, p/s cap, and whatever that other cap is, compare it to the pic of the g8 v6.
someone on tgo is working on/has a kit to transplant a 3.6 into the 3rd gens

GM underrated the power output for the ls1 in the z28 and ss so the numbers wouldnt be comparable to the vette
the ss engine is most likely, if not the same engine that went into the corvette
