Re: this already doesnt look good
idont really see a problem with weights on the calipers
the recall.. well what do you expect from a brand new car, thats why you should never buy a first year car, they will usually work all of the quirks out by the next year

Re: this already doesnt look good
yea GM is handling it right out of the gate so thats already a good show of faith...The wiring issue I dont see that as a huge deal...it's not like something in the motor is failing...just a minor rubbing issue...lets all just hope that is it...

Re: this already doesnt look good
the wheel weights arent that big of a deal. if you jack up any new car, you will see alot of misc. weights all over the place, such as the exhaust, transmission mount, and differential. adding weight to certain spots reduces vibration. and it looks like that was a cheap way to reduce vibration, and keep the consumer happy with a vibration free car.Team NoVa

Re: this already doesnt look good
yea. just drove the new v6 camaro the other day on showing day for the town from the fams dealer ship.
gotta say.
DONT like it.
at all.
well i LOVE the look and the interior.
but as far as sound goes.
OMG it sounds like a weed eater.
oh and the rev limitr. kicks in at like 7100 rpms.
which is pretty damn good.
pull from 0-30 was fair and then was also fair at 50-90.
i mean. it was good but not wat i EXPECTED from a 300+ hp engine.

Re: this already doesnt look good
the weights are to reduce vibration, are an eye soar. looked like they were slapped on last minute. a reacall with a problem like that should never have happened. genesis coupe hasnt had any recalls yet, and its a korean car. im just saying for as much hype GM has put on the camaro, it should have rolled out close to flawless

yes, a 300hp engine with less displacement than our 3.8's, less torque than hp (273tq), and pulling 2 tons...that engine in our generations would be pretty potent.pacesetters|full 3" borla exhaust|3" stainless e-cutout|slp cai & ram intake|c/f whisper lid|tbs|eibach|kyb|stb|sfc's|adj.lca's & phb|slp fan|b&m t5|180*|z06 17x9.5|8000k hids|hptuners|d/s rotors
