Will gtp heads bolt up to the stock na 3.8? If so are the valves bigger and what not. I want to build my car for boost and use as many parts as i can that i have lying around i havent gotten my motor apart yet but it is out of the car. tranny went bad so im doing the 5 speed swap and then turbo. Also what about the pistons. what is the gtp ratio. I want to run something around 9.1:1 or so.
Thanks guys
They have the injectors holes in the heads but will bolt on. You could get 08' N/A series IIi heads that have a bigger exhuast valve and theu will bolt on fine. Might be good to do a little P/P before they go on. Your compression would still be 9:4.1, as stock L36.

yea i planned on doing a p/p and stronger springs and what not but what do you mean 08' they have a na 3.8 in something that new?? Also do you think stock pistons with gtp rods would be good or should i invest in pistons from like wiesco or something?? i want the motor to be pretty strong. I dont want to worry about the boost blowing things out and breaking stuff.
I would do some searching on some build ups in the advance section, should give you all the info. L26 NA engines will work in our engines they have stronger L32 rods and bigger exhaust valves on the exhaust side. Just have to use the L36 oil pan ,intakes and all other acessories. For pistons its either diamond 9:5.1 or go with JE 9:9.1 , don't need to run as much boost with higher compression.

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
