should you not of gotten the parts first? Less downtime?...just me, I cant stand having the car not on the road... Like a perfect example is my suspension parts are "supposed" to arrive tommorrow...I could start the car today and have everything out and ready to swap in tommorrow...but the parts could always be delayed, so I only start when I have everything lol...just my 2 cents...

The cam swap was just a spur of the moment thing I decided to do while I had the motor ripped apart to change a head gasket

I was the same way... I actually put the car in the garage to do my exhaust, I changed the oil before I started and realized there was water in the oil... so once I diagnosed it, I decided... well... while I'm in there... lol...

I would go with the Comp .105's(their not 3/8th's which is a overkill) , I have the Comp 5/16's right now and 2 sets of the Comp .105's ,1 for my motor and 1 set for the L26 I might get still debating.

Re: How to get to Lifters

So I researched it a bit. The pushrods that come with yella terra roller rockers (which I have installed now) are a different length than stock. ~1/2" longer.

                          I'm gonna keep researching this.

They are a diff length beacuse of the custom rocker pedistils. I talked to yella terra before i bought them. They have to be longer to maintain the correct geometry.

Yeah I was reading anything I could from 3800pro.com, ftv6.com and here. And I heard the pushrods that come with them are supposedly really good. At least that's what I read from one of those fwd guys. We'll see when I get em out.
