you should just buy HP tuners and a wide band if their going to charge that much, as for rockers , ours are around 1.66 so pretty close to 1.7 the only good benefit would be the shaft mounted and alittle more lift.

Dont you need modification to make double roller timing chain work? I also thought allot of people were getting bad double rollers from JP
I thought you just didn't need the tensioner for the double roller to work? Not sure about bad chains though. Now I'm concerned and I'm told I do need a double roller for the purposes of running higher rpm. Who else has double rollers?

You will need a milled oil pump cover to clear the double roller; zzperformance sells them. It does not reuse the balance shaft or the tensioner. You can pull the shaft out and thread a plug in the hole in the back of the block, and you will shed about 4lbs or so.
