Ok so I have been really looking for a powerdyne kit to put on my car. What cam should i look for if I go with the powerdyne plus the nitrous. I was looking at the abbott cam not the N/A but just don't know which cam would be best. I am gonna have p&p heads as well.

Re: Cam
Yea I was thinking custom grind as well. I need to get started on all this. I want a nice lopey idle as well so I guess I'll have to talk to abbott about all this as well.
I just started payments on a complete rear end gear setup brand new from a member close to me. Once I get that paid for i guess I am gonna get down to business. I am just having a hard time finding the powerdyne's with the mounting bracket. Wish I could get gvperformance to make a few more.haha.

Re: Cam
haha, buy 10 mounting kits and I will make another batch. 10 is the minimum at a time due to material costs and machine setup costs
XP cam if you are thinking off the shelf, otherwise a decent custom grind will work good too for your needs.

Re: Cam
why an ss or ws6?
Save money, buy a z28 or base trans am/formula.
You plan on modding correct? why buy a SS with slp performance, when more then likely you'll be removing those parts that make those cars worth 15k+. A z28 camaro with 60-90k miles can be had for 6-8k Just keep an eye out, especially with winter rolling around.

Re: Cam
I just want what I want. I like the originallity of the cars. If I had a regular trans am or camaro I would want them to look like those. And you can find those here for 8k no problem. I just don't have any close enough and don't want to drive 200+ miles to look at a car and come home unhappy.
