        I'd have to put my lightweight jockey on it though... He still needs some practice.

          Ok I guess I would want it at the crank. I was thinking turbo route at first, but I live in Texas and it is always hot lol. LS1 looks like the viable option and its a sexy engine. Or I could just keep the driving the V6 the way it is haha. I don't want to race it, but I just like knowing I have the power(sad huh?) I was gonna build up my crap neon and make it a sleeper...but it's a neon lol nuff said.

              Reliability would not come with the V6 at that power level. It would be pretty strung out. Even a cam only ls1 wouldn't be dead nuts reliable either. At a minimum, you'd be changing valve springs once a year.

                Ok so I should just stick with my V6 for now and get a V8 later? I'm tired of making crap decisions so I need opinions to ease my mind. Thanks!

                  keep the v6 for reliability/beater. then buy a ls1 and build the junk out of it and dont worry about reliability! thats what i'd do.

                          Saves money in the long run(vs. other turbo set ups). Comes tuned, comes with injectors and it's the only mod you will ever really need to do. Only thing it is all at once. No one else is building tubular manifolds out of schedule 10 stainless for these cars!

                          @OP

                          so what if it's hot all the time? That's what intercoolers are for! Cartuning kit comes with an awesome one.

                          Cartuning Turbo kit is the fastest and easiest way to get to 400whp. It's probably not the cheapest but 400whp is just the beginning!!! :D

                          Oh and it retains stock drivability.

                              The only downside to me is that it deletes your A/C. So keep that in mind if you use it.
