One thing I noticed is some go deeper than the others , I guess theres still crap in the holes from stock but , their now half the height or more , so thats good.

You also have some areas that go into coolant passages while others do not. That's why it is imperative to use teflon paste (NOT TAPE!) when installing the head studs.

I used high temp thread sealant on mine , the water jackets are at the lower bolt holes at each end of the head. At least thats where we put our sealant on.

I got all the studs tighten down , only took last night doing 3 and then 3 thi morning and 2 just now. Back is hurting alittle since I took Vicoden when doing them. LOL

Got the Rk sport headers back on today, finished the 1.7 PRO Mags on with COMP .105 pushrods , and valve covers and pretty much everything except the coils and wires. Can't wait to fire it up.

I got the car running again , sounds pretty mean with the 1.7 Promags, VS cam and the 1.9/ 1.57 Manely valves through open headers.LOL Its freakin loud. Working out a few bugs but its some minor stuff. Much thanks to Ryan , Meatyshells for all his work.
