So I dont know why this is happening. I think my pushrods are too big or too long. only 50Lbs of pressure in each cylinder. Car shut off going up road after install. Pretty sure its the pushrods. Just ordered a pushrod checker from intense. We will see then.

dont really need a pushrod length checker, just loosen the rocker, if the valve closes then you know that its either because the rockers are too tight, or because the pushrods are too long -

I have some used COMP 5/16 pushrods stock length.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

Well did a pushrod check measurement. Got 6.98 to 6.97....think previous owner shaved heads, maybe head gasket problem...Would thicker head gaskets help? like .065 or .066 would this help? pleas asap!Comment
