I can't figure out where to put the following pieces. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The RH exhaust manifold is completely covered, so I know that piece doesn't go there. I can't make it fit on the LH side.

I left those pieces off when we did mine this last time. No problems with it.

The top braket is the rear portion of the alternator top support braket. it bolts into head in two spots, right belo the valve cover.
That small peice on the lower right goes down on the front of the passenger side head. it's hard to find the bolt hole but trust me its there.
As for the peice of heat shield, no idea.
I have looked and looked for the hole where the piece that goes on the front passenger side head goes and I cannot find it. Any way you could provide a picture that shows me the area where it goes? I've attached a pic of the side, is it that little bolt hole above where the head bolt goes?

I cant find any pics, but if I remember correctly it goes on the passenger side by the lower intake manifold to bolt all of your evap vacuum stuff to. On the L bracket you have pictured; see if the 2 small holes that are close together line up with the bar that is bolted to the back of the alternator with the larger holes in the bracket routed towards the lower intake manifold.
