Just like the title says lower right bolt wont come out. will turn but the plate turns with it. stops turning when the plate touches the cam snout. i can tell that if i keep turning it i will round the head out. at this point i am thinking i will cut the plate off so the part right around the head of the bolt can spin and then get the bolt out. Hit me up if there is another trick i should try first.
I got impatient and went out in the garage, my plan worked like a charm. bolt came out without issue. Now all i have to do is get a replacment thrust plate.
