My car the same, since people were stupid and took it to a shop and they put too much stress on the manifold bolts.

well see thie thing is that when i first start my car in the morning the oil pressure is like 70 and i can hear the tick but when i drive a little and the engine heats up and the pressure drops back down to 60 i cant hear it

Probably unrelated to oil pressure, but related to engine temp. Maybe your hearing some lifter noise until your oil warms up and becomes a little less viscous. The noise shouldn't be a problem unless you hear it when the engine is fully warmed up.
