Ok I recently had a replacement motor put in my bird and since doing so the engine surges from idle to about half throttle when using the stock computer. Its is a cyclic drop about every 2 seconds where it sounds like it just shuts off then picks right back up. During the drop the pressure jumps in the manifold and the engine goes rich then returns to normal. If I unplug the IAC it dose not change anything. Also if I floor it or cruise at 55 or more I don't get the surges. If i use mega squirt it also dose not surge but i think it just died on me.
