Well Im at the same point I was not to long ago where my 3.4L runs rough. It ran fine on the trip to autozone yesterday running on my megasquirt tune but the return trip was a nightmare. First The car would not start, then I did but kept stalling. Swapped to the stock computer and finally got it to run and not stall but it ran like poop very rough idling irregularly and lacking power. swapped back when I got home and since then it just runs rough and lacks power. Its not a violent or harsh roughness and the engine runs at a steady RPM but while driving I lack power and there is a very regular vibration at all RPM's the only time it gets worse is when it engages the TCC lockup.
I replaced:
plugs
wireset
oil change( it needed it)
swapped out the ICM
checked the ohm rating on all 3 coils( 55100-57700Uhms)
and checked fuel pressure( 40 psi during prime and running)
nothing was done to the engine between when it last ran good and when the issue started, also no sounds or vibes occurred until it began running like poop.
I don't really know what else to check please help.
