On my '96 3.8L, I had a leaking valve cover replaced and noticed that the LIM gaskets are very slightly leaking as well. Since I have to do those, with 190k on the clock, how much more work is doing the head gasket? I've had this car since 60k and I've never replaced it before.
So far I have:
Fel-Pro metal LIM gaskets
Fel-Pro upper intake gasket
Throttle body gasket
The two coolant elbows
If I decide to replace the head gasket, what will I need?
You'll just need the bolts and headgaskets since everything else is apart already. You might want some rocker arm bolts since you can't reuse the stock ones. And valve cover gaskets.

Just get Comp reuseable rocker arm bolts from above places^.
