I took it in to diagnose a chronic ticking problem. Mechanic says there is a hole in the upper section of my EGR tube. According to his sources, unfortunately this is a discountinued part, and somehow this tube needs to be brazed. Does anyone have a source?
i have one, just PM me. i have the whole unit off a 01 with 60k... i removed it for looks, and tuned it out... i've thought about putting it back after researching more on what it does. but money sounds good 2
Thanks for the link, But I'm sorta leaning towards new if possible. My car has been a garage queen summer driver I've had for 6 years, and i will drive it forever probably. Just hate the "Spring Bugs" though...
