Hey, I just have a quick question. I will be doing my cam swap this month, and am trying to come up with some bonus parts that I may need. Will I start getting close to maxing out my injectors after tuning for the cam?

I'm not sure on the maxing out but a good up grade from our stockers would be GTP injectors.3M MAFIA

Thats what I was wondering, if I needed to upgrade injectors. If I can get away with the stockers for a couple months and then get better injectors then that would be spectacular.Team NoVa

And what about taking the gear off of the balance shaft, and leaving the shaft in there. Or is it not too hard to block off the oil hole for it?Team NoVa

Just take the drive gear off and leave the shaft in the block. On the fueling side of things i was gonna recomend the same injectors i have, but it would seem that ZZP no longer carries them, Sadface....Daily: '02 Black Yukon Denali

less mass to drive, technically you free up power but youd never be able to feel it. I had mine removed when i had the shortblock rebuilt. IF you remove the shaft you need to block the rear oiling hole. We did this by putting in a new bearing and turning it so it blocked the hole.Daily: '02 Black Yukon Denali

I may look into removing it completely, i will have the engine out so it wouldnt be a big issue removing it. What is the altitude where you sre at. Alex553 is going to help me try to tune for it,(the cam) but we need a starting point to tune from. Any help would be greatTeam NoVa
