Have you soaked them in pb blaster or something similar? Soak them overnight and see if that helps.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

Usually everything I touch my map torch to comes off relatively as easy as butter after. Map torches can be had for about 30$ from your local hardware store. That usually includes the gas canister and torch head. Just the canisters are around $10-$15
edit: re-read that you are working on the manifold and I would not put a torch to that area- some good pb blaster soaking should work it loose- you can also put motor oil on the bolts daily and drive it for a few days. Motor oil won’t burn up like other stuff when it gets hot from driving and will soak in there.
If you are having trouble with any of the Y-pipe bolts map torch is a wonder

Also if you need new studs for the manifolds you can buy them at ZZPERFORMANCE for a buck each, I replaced mine years ago after they started breaking.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
