    there are other things to scratch the stuff outa ya but if it's just the cowl then just grab the bottom of the plastic screw and push it up and out so you don't have to worry about it. when you're done just push it back in. saves a crap load of scratches when you're fuggin with the coil packs.

        Do I need to clean off rocker arms? Or just leave them greasy and put on?

          Clean off the crap. If there is clean oil on them thats fine, just remove dirty oil and gunk and stuff..

            Clean them off with Simple Green? Brake Cleaner?

              I wouldn't use any kind of harsh solvent.. they might get in the ball bearings and could cause damage later..

              just use a shop towel or something.
