I looked at all of those and none answered my question. The guys that have done A4--->M5 have replaced flywheel, etc but that wouldn't be the issue in this case. I was thinking more along the lines of the pedal/linkage

there is a post about doing an a4 - m6 on ls1tech somewhere, i'll have to find it, i'm wanting to do the same thing, to do this, you need the trans., bell housing, pedals, clutch, shifter and all that jazz, then for the wiring, you need the computer(or have it reprogrammed using ls1edit), and some pigtail things, i can't remember what their called, for the reverse lights and the such...
