Need help in picking a camshaft

Ok i really want to get a camshaft but i do not know what i need i want to run nitrous and i want the motor to have a lopey idle and i need n/a HP i have a 99 3.8 what should i get anybody?

Also how much should someone charge for a cam install and do i need different pushrods or rocker rollers anything like that?
