on a side note you mentioned your hands being cut up.. I'd suggest going ahead and investing in some mechanic's gloves.. while you can't really use them when you are working by touch too well once you get used to them it's not bad.. and your hands don't get all cutt up.. now your wrists and forearms are another story but they do help..

I did pick some up at autozone. They are nice gloves but its hard to do alot of things because my fingers are too fat and I cant feel for things. But on the things I can I still wear them. Its just theres alot of things that I am unable to use them on due to limited feel and touch and stuff.

Found the leak, I put a pressure tester hooked it up to the radiator and pumped air through the cooling system. The leak is coming out of a head bolt. Weird I know, So I double checked the torque and turned it maybe a quarter turn around and now it stopped leaking, I hope this dont cause me problems in the future, I also have not a leak but air coming out of my lower intake manifold. That needs to be fixed. But the car runs fine now, I still plan on fixing the intake manifold but it seems to be drivable.
One question I have is when I started it, I still dont have the Y pipe on so I may be throwing codes from my O2 sensors but I get a flashing SES light, what is this?

did you torque the bolt to spec in the first place??? You might want to double check all the rest of them.
Flashing SES usually means misfire.. but it can also mean something in regards to catalyst damage.. I've always associated it with misfire.
how do you know you have air coming out of your lower intake manifold? Where at specifically?Keith - Chicago<br /><a href=\"http://www.hptuners.com\" target=\"_blank\">HP Tuners - PCM Reprogramming</a><br /><a href=\"http://www.dxsoftware.com/magnus/\" target=\"_blank\">97 Firebird V6 to LS1 swap</a><br /><b>V8 9.967@132.78</b> 1.322 60\' NA Heads/Cam<br /><b>V8 10.295@128.48</b> 1.363 60\' NA Cam Only<br /><b>V8 10.987@119.31</b> 1.422 60\' NA Stock Internals<br /><b>V6 13.674@98.22</b> NA<br /><b>V6 12.394@104.91</b> N20 100HP

I know there is air coming out because when I pump air through my cooling system I hear a Hissing, Then I take a rubber hose and move it around the engine bay and I have located it to the lower intake manifold, right by that orange rubber gasket where the lower intake meets the block, But I guess it could be that plastic hose that meets the tensioner pully, But its right around in that area.

1 orange ring.. 1 yellow ring.. those rings are VERY important.
Could also be that plastic elbow.Keith - Chicago<br /><a href=\"http://www.hptuners.com\" target=\"_blank\">HP Tuners - PCM Reprogramming</a><br /><a href=\"http://www.dxsoftware.com/magnus/\" target=\"_blank\">97 Firebird V6 to LS1 swap</a><br /><b>V8 9.967@132.78</b> 1.322 60\' NA Heads/Cam<br /><b>V8 10.295@128.48</b> 1.363 60\' NA Cam Only<br /><b>V8 10.987@119.31</b> 1.422 60\' NA Stock Internals<br /><b>V6 13.674@98.22</b> NA<br /><b>V6 12.394@104.91</b> N20 100HP

I also replaced the plastic elbo because I broke mine, It seems to be the elbow is in there snug, I wonder if the gasket moved or something when putting on the intake manifold, I doubt it though because it sits in the two guide holes, this really chaps my butt.

A flashing SES light can be lots of stuff. If the problem is effecting emmissions, the light will probably flash. I know that on my old blazer, the SES light would flash if the connector came off the O2 Sensor. Also, when the MAF went out on my old 3rd Gen, the light would flash instead of coming on solid.

When I put my cam in and first started the car I got a flashing SES. It was a missfire code. Basicly it's the computer going "What the hell kind of cam is this??" ;) Give it a few cold starts and some drive time and it should go away. I'd scan the code and make sure tho.Michael Huff<br />92 RS, 98 V6, 97 SS, 00 Z28 <br /> <a href=\"http://www.carolinafbodyclub.com/\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.carolinafbodyclub.com/</a>
