whats the power range of this cam?
are you getting the full potential of this cam even though we can only go to 6k rpms?96 Camaro M5. I pulls pretty hard or at least AS hard as the stock cam in the bottom end (I would say harder) top end is MUCH BETTER, I would say it could use some more revs, but that will come soon enough.
I would say it probably peaks near redline.1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

any knock retard? are you running maft+ also?
i was going to buy camarozach's cam from his when he was selling it.. i was very interested in that cam.

cool.. cause i really want this cam.
you know..its tough.. either save up for turbo kit..which will take months upon months.. or save up for cam.. which will only take about a month..

You said that you paid 600 maybe more? What else did you pay for? When you swap the cam is there anything that you NEED to replace...cause i am thinking about droping in a cam, and i dont want to rip apart the motor and then realise that i NEEDED something. How long did it take you to install your cam? Can you throw me the part number?2002 M5 camaro- VTR CAI, custom cat-back exhaust, battery compacitor, pullie, lowering springs, 32mm sway bar, cross-drilled slotted rotars. 1-10\" L7 in cubby.

You pretty much convinced me on sound.
I'd LOVE to see some 1/4 mile gains or dyno results of before and after.
I may call comp cams now, but look into a custom cam along those spec's. I have to look at the custom one do to SLP 1.8 roller rockers

I will try and make a writeup on all of the costs, the dyno results (when I go) etc.

how rough is it at idle? I'm thinking about go with this cam for my daily driver instead of saving up for tiago's turbo kit since I think this will give me enough power to saticfy my needs for killing local rice up here in maine. Like I said, looking to use for a daily driver, would you say it's good for that, or should I go something milder?
