If you choose to get the chip, i'll sell you mine. Mine's only about a month old. I'd let it go for around $150 shipped. Its on my '01 camaro, so if it'll work on yours and you want it, let me know.

HPP3 gives you more options to play with, gear changes, top speed, shift points etc. etc..

However neither are ideal for HP.

MAF Translator + with an Autotap is the ideal solution for HP.

Yeah HPP3 is better, but they dont make it for your car, so just go with JET

Is there anywhere you can go to get tuned with the MAF Translator and Autotap?

its a noticable gain, but I wouldnt guess quite THAT much. It helps though. Almost redlines before the shift (which is where all the power is ).

I have a Jet chip on my car. It's more like 5-7HP. You feel it though. The car runs much smoother overall. It's a pretty cool thing but don't expect to be blown away from it.
