I've been running a stock Impala maf sensor for a while now with no problems. Last night I ported the maf ends, and it won't come in tune at all...
So I'm toying with the idea of getting a Granetelli, which is supposed to be calibrated same as stock (still an Impala sensor). And it's already ported, and still calibrated.
But they have three calibrations to choose from. Stock, cold air, and nitrous. So I don't know which one is closest to the 3.8 calibration.
Stock is off a little, I know that much. If the cold air one is closer, that would be the way to go. But if it's further off, then I should not go that route, because that's a lot of money to spend, just to be further off than I already am.
I called them, but they wouldn't explain the difference in the calibrations.
Any ideas????
