heads: 3 angle, or radius cut if you can find someone to di it, new springs.
intake: port/polish current one or steal Tiagos ;)
cam: call around to different manufacturers, get best price that way.
roller rockers: either the magnum roller tips, for like $110-$130 1.5-1.6 orfull roller rockers, around $300, 1.5 or 1.6 or, again, steal Tiagos [img]tongue.gif[/img]
pistons: I've seen some sights, just caint recall their name/address. sorry :(
lifters: with light cam, new ones, along w/new pushrods.

a light cam, prolly just abit bigger then stock, full head work, intake match, headers, take care of the fuel side of things, and the usual side items, like msd dis4, and all those littlethings and it you will get 75 more out of it.
Definitely fork out the money for the head work and cam...you will see the most gains there. Be sure to do other things first (headers, etc.) before the head and cam job so that you get the best benefit out of it.

im thinking about getting head work done to my car, but has anyone here experience any problems with the head work, where it has totally messed up the car?

never heard of head work messing up any car unless whoever did the work messed up BAD....
chances are if you go to a good machine shop you will be pleased with the results

how much (ball park) did you guys end up paying for the labor and p&p?
my head gaskets blew in dec.2001..if i had the money i would've had them done already :( .
also how long where your cars down for to do the job? did you guys throw a cam in with it?
sorry for all the questions but i really am thinking of doing this and now that i have the money, i want to know what you guys went through to get it done! Thanks

Still trying to find oil leak on my Camaro, it’s a tough one. I think it is the oil pressure sender myself. Leaking when raving and going into boost....
