PO740 code??? HELP!!!

I recently swapped my rear end (3.42s/lsd) and computer to a y87 PCM, and now I get the SES light every time I start it. I keep getting a PO740 Torque Convertor SOL CKT code from the scanner when I scan it.

Anybody else have this before or have any idea of what might be triggering it. I never had the code before the swaps, just curious if one of the swaps is causing this.

Any help will be appriecated thanks!
