Well, after reviewing the L36 engine, i dont believe it will do it for me. I want to run higher boost safly and make decent power. I am considering buying a low mileage L36 in good condition. Then i want to tear it apart, i want to build it up to be able to handle higher boost. what would you guys suggest?

http://intense-racing.com has some good high quality pistons. They make stuff for mostly the L67, which is the FWD supercharged motor, but the internals are interchangable. The only thing is if you use L67 pistons, you must use L67 rods.
What I'm doing is getting their L67 8.5 compression forged pistons, get some OEM L67 rods and have them hardened, some high quality seals and I'm working with Dominic on a nice little cam setup he has come up with.
