    word

check for spark and fuel first if you hold th plug and turn it over, and you get this weird tingel up your arm you have spark

did you put the fuel filter on backwards by any chance? Id start all over. Fresh start right down to the plugs.

Exactly, you can have fuel in the rails and have no pressure.

Viper, your coil and wire location are wrong. 6 is not the farthest from the front, it is 1.

As for your problem, codered, I think it could possibly be the fuel pump. I have had similar problems like you are describing before. And with fuel pumps, you may still get fuel, but not enough to start or run. The first thing you might try checking is fuel pressure. When you check fuel pressure, all you really want to look for is constant pressure under idle, then try giving it more throttle, and check it under load. If the pressure isn't constant, or relatively constant, that is the problem. I can't be absolutely sure that the fuel pump relay isn't bad either, you might want to check it as well.

As for the fuel filter, you would have to be INSANELY stupid to put it on backwards. One end is a quick disconnect, the other is a threaded bolt type connector. If you did happen to not connect everything right, check that stuff again, amke sure everything is tight.

Yea well I cant start the car. Can I still check for pressure when the car isnt on. Maybe in the ON position? Should the fuel spray out pretty far? Because it comes up an inch or so and kinda just pours out. But the car is off.

put the PSI guage on, turn on the car and it should hold 42PSI (least thats what mine holds)

If it won't hold PSI, you still need to see for sure by putting a gauge on it. When you try to start it, or eventurn the key forward, it should build a good bit of pressure. Just eye-balling it is not good enough.
