Alright I am getting a supercharger in the next month or two and I was wondering what would be the best cam heads setup I can go with and from where I can get them?

Please search.
to get the best gains you'll want good flowing heads(Abbot, Intense, ZZP, SuperSix) and a cam with a split duration favoring exhaust with a wide Lobe Separation Angle. Make sure you plan on at least springs and retainers with a decent size cam and a lot of people say that our pushrods are junk as well, although I have no actual proof of that.

Well, since people don't seem to like taking time to help others much anymore, and would rather type "search", I'll give you my opinion on what you could do.
First, I'm gonna assume you're getting a centrifugal sc like Procharger, Powerdyne, Vortech, ect., because if you're planning on getting a Grand Prix roots sc, you're in for a headache. Because of the design of a centrifugal sc, you make your boost as your rpms increase. You make max boost at or slightly before redline. This kind of power delivery is the same as many naturally aspirated motors.
You can get heads from Intense, Abbott, ZZP, and Supersix that flow well. Abbott and Supersix both will custom port the heads for the sc. You might want to look into polishing and thermal coating the combustion chambers. These do 2 things, reduce detonation and increase horsepower. polishing the chambers reduces imperfections in the chamber surface that can get carbon built up and get really hot and cause pre-ignition. This reduces detonation. thermal coating the chambers will keep heat from combustion inside the cylinder more. This will help keep the head cooler, increasing horsepower due to denser, cooler intake charge and reduce detonation due to lower intake temperatures.
The cam you get should be focused on mid and high rpm power. Ideally you should go for a cam that will make power between 2000-6000 rpm, if you plan on keeping the stock rpm limiter in place. you could also go with a 2500-6000 rpm powerband for a little more power and a little less streetability. You should match your lift with the flow numbers from your heads. usually most people here stick between .500-.550 lift on street motors. duration will be based on the powerband you want for your motor. Lobe separation should be between 112-114 for a streetable sc motor. anything more than 114 will not take full advantage of the boost high up, less than 112 and your motor will have very little power down low. Some suggestions for upgrades along with cam/heads are: roller rockers(less weight, less friction, less flex), titanuim retainers(less weight, less valve float), pushrods(less flex, less weight), stronger springs(less valve float), and upgraded hydraulic lifters(less valve float). all of these will also include reliability of the valvetrain with the new cam and extra stress of boost.2001 Arctic White Firebird
More mods than I\'m allowed to list!

I didn't mean that as a I'm not gonna help answer.
In a situation like that it really is opinion, there are basic guidelines like you mentioned, but as far as breaking down individual items many people will say MANY different things.
As far as the best heads cam combo like you asked?
It wasn't out of laziness your best bet to that answer is to search like I said and after you think you've taken in enough information and formed your own opinion ask the more specific questions that are sure to come.

its either what he said bout "doing the search" or go head down to your local Autozone.

But back to the topic. It is all a matter of preference. Your best bet is to search, read what you can, and build an opinion of your own. For a cam, you can call Comp, and talk with one of their techs, they do know what they are doing, and they will be able to build a cam best suited for your needs. As for heads, your sources are limited, but they are out there (see Nachius' post).1995 Camaro 3.4L Black with T tops, 5 speed manual

Mods:
Pro 5.0 short throw shifter, MSD Ignition coils, 3.73 gears, Torsen LSD,Mac diff cover, Umi LCAs
K&N Cold Air Intake, Window Tint (20% rear, 35%front), aluminum driveshaft, fastchip tuning

If you go to autozone to get cam advice, call a tow truck now....I asked about a pan gasket, and he brought out a head gasket, convinced it was the right part for my oil pan. Just say no.Jessica :)
Kansas: There\'s no place like home...99 Firebird Blown/6lbs, Eaton w/3.42\'s CI headers Z28 Exaust
CAI, #36 injectors Intense PCM
