    ok im putting my new engine back in and im having a prob the struts wont line up with the holes in the engine bay one side lines up but the others side want and vise versus i thik its becuase theres to much force on the struts so i hade an idea to take them off from the bottom and intsall them into the engine bay and then sit the engine on them and than put the bolts in the k member do you think these would work let me know if you have any ides also for anyone that know theres a small hole in the back of the upper intake wtf goes there its really small all the way in the back on the top thanks

      if the hole your talking about is all the way back on upper intake it is fo the vaccum boost for your brakes

        Viper i found that on this one is on the top it look liek mayeb a screw goes in the cant be more than 1/4 big

            you shoudl remember what we did? ;)

            we used a rope to tie both struts together up into position, then raised the entire assembly up into the car. AFter the struts are in the holes you can release teh rope.

            high tech stuff ;)

              no thats not the prob they are in too much now i need to pull them apart not in becuase if 1 struts lines up in the holes the other side is way to ina dn want line up i need something to keep pressure on the other one

                put a floor jack under it and take the front wheels off. You may need a rolling cart. What is causing the to be to close together is you have weight on the front wheels.

                      ok i had to take the struts off ebcuase i couldnt get a jack under so know my ? is im lowering the body slowly but well i have the jack up the engine while im lowering the car and meet half way or well the body just drop down perfect
