I know I need injectors (24#), plugs and wires, I just need to know what else I need. gaskets? bolts? timing chain? anything fuel? thanx for ur help

    assembly lube.

some bolts are one time use...such as the stock rocker arm bolts. you want reusable bolts if you can afford em.

    Valve Springs?

    HPTuners to tune the cam.

valve cover gasket, TB gasket, new PCV valve (save the O ring from stock PCV.

Valve Spring Compressor (unless your heads come with springs already...this is suggested...pick the springs to match the new cam and have the head people include em.

'break free' penetrating oil for exhaust bolts.

white grease pencil for numbering the spark plug wires.

A big socket and breaker bar for the harmonic ballancer.

lots and lots of baggies...a note pad...make any pertinent notes regarding placement of 'bolts' and place them in their respective baggies. don't just pile up all the different bolts and stuff. keep them seperate. A digital camera is great as well.

    Don't rush.

ive already got the springs installed on the heads so that is no worry. so that is basically it? get all new bolts...it looks like the head gaskets that i got with the heads are used. would it hurt to ue them or should i get new ones? everything fuelwise is ok? no regulator is needed? and most importantly, what about a timing chain?? otherwise im set and thanx again for the help

get new head gaskets or return them and ask for new ones, make sure you clean the surfaces before allowing the gaskets to seat on them, also for a timing chain just get a new one from cloyes, i got a whole chain and sprocket set from cloyes for 50$
