  • Question about stock crankshaft?

    I was wondering what my stock crankshaft is made of? Nodular Cast Iron, Forged Steel, Cast Iron, I have been searching the internet for 3 hours with no answer. Please help! THANKS!!! :D
    By the way I have a 2000 Camaro 3.8

    its a cast crank....they are stronger than you may think tho. with other forged parts, you would have a pretty stout bottom end that could handle about any amount of power you throw at it
