96 camrao 3.8 to 92 s10 with 2.8

i know this swap can be done i just don't know how much of a headache the wiring issues are going to be any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Maybe one of you guys knows somebody who has done it.

Yes, it can be done! :D

As far as I know, I am still the only S10 who has done this conversion. I guess it is just to easy to put a 4.3 or smallblock in.

This swap is not an easy swap. You have to make your own headers, engine mounts, and also modify the oil pan and s10 crossmember to make it fit. The wiring really isnt that bad, but it was my first attempt at wiring, so I had some trouble with it.

I am still very pleased with this engine and ran a 14.89 is the 1/4 mile. I am getting 21 MPG with 3.73, which could be much better if my headers didn't leak so bad.
