    what motor do you have?

you will need a gasket kit, valvesprings and retainers, pushrods, lifters, and tuning (if cam is radical or sets off codes).

those cams are very very mild and probably would work with your stock springs, pushrods, and lifters I dont think you would see a big improvment by going with those cams BUT thats if you have a 3.8L with less than 80,000 miles if you have a 3.4L i am not sure cause i have no experience with those. but you do need a cam install gasket kit intense sales em for pretty cheap.

also make sure its made for a 60* v6. most on jegs and summit are for SB/BB. this site has a good selection of cams and valvetrain stuff:

A good off the shelf cam swap is what I have.
                              I got a crane cams 2-272-H cam it has .454''/.480'' lift with 1.5 rockers and 216*/228* duration @ .050.
To make this work with off the shelf parts you will need.
                              New lifters.
Kmotion K-700 valve springs from summitracing for $42
Crane Cams forged valve locks they must be, 7 degree for 11/32'' valve with +.050 installed hight. They cost $32 from summitracing
You might want to think about new valve seals too.
To use this cam to any where it full potential you will need to port and polish the heads.
I don't know if it has the button cast into it but you could maybe get a machine shop to put one on the new cam.
