whats up well my engine is done and runs awesome BUT I thinnk that the computer is retarding timing because the car will run good till 4500rpm then runs pretty slow but thne itll kick back in at 5700 till 6000 and swithch then slow until 4800 then takes off again but when the car is cold it runs a lot better like its not affecting the timing should i program to fix this or is it a different problem?
