hey guys...i'n pretty new to this site...anyways...i am swapping my old 3.4 liter for a newer nicer one for right now...and i was wondering if it would be possible to drop a cam in...cause i wanted to do it before the engine went in....is it possible? please post back..thanks

check out the cams at www.ftpp.net and www.rsmracing.com .

another question....im hoping maybe to get a z28 maybe in the summer....so for now im gonna settle with the 6 which is fine for now...but im just trying to build up the horsepower....does anyone know how much a cam builds up...because my buddies are saying 50-80 which is good but i just wanna make sureModifications: Cold air intake, flowmaster exhaust, gutted cats

The RSM cam is a .422" lift, 204/214 @ .050" profile.
It does not have the 'bump' that allows the SFI to function.
I looked at it, but opted for the more aggressive Crane 272 grind.
BTW - don't just change a cam without attending to flowing the intake and if you have them off, the heads, and headers are very worthwhile as well.
