99 to 99 engine swap

So I have a 99 camaro 3.8 with the 4l60e. I would like to find a wrecked Z28 or SS and take the engine and drivtrain as well as belt driven acessories.
I would like to know what exactly will transfer over and what will I need to do for the exact same year cars. Also is there any rewiring that must be done or can I simply take out the old wiring harness from the z28 and plug it all up? I've seen these questions answered elsewhere for multiple years but I would like to know for the 99 specific.
I have done multiple searches on this topic but have not found the exact info that I want. Again I would like to know what has to be done for a 99 to a 99. Any help would be appreciated.
