Concerning 2000+ model year V6 fbody fuel injector system:
ok, I know these are much more expensive than used gtp injecotrs but they are multec2 (pin style) rather than bosch. They are 'mini' rather than long so the fuel rail feet will have to be shortened. Other than the fuel rail modding the rest should be plug and play, right? They are 38# at 43psi so they have even a little more room at 50 psi. With shipping the cost of 6 injectors will be about $300. They are also new rather than used...(as opposed to buying some old gtp injectors) so it should take some potential problems out of the mix following install.
I am not sure if these have been covered here in detail before or if they were just ingored becuase of the price and the fact that they are still 'mini' type.
I really don't want to hack up my injector harnesses and if i did splice in bosch connecors i would have to buy an old harnes or buy new adapters ($60) and 'de modding' would be a PITA.
What do you think? Are they compatible other than the shorter length?
Any problems out of the normal as far as idle? (consider the 50psi of stock L36 fuel rail rather than 43 psi fuel rail of LS1)
here they are...

secondary question:
Can an pre 2000 fuel rail bolt on in place of the stock 2000+ fuel rail? I only have my 2001 car to look at. A pre 2000 fuel rail already sits lower on the intake manifold. I can keep my eye out for a parts car fuel rail if so.
TIA
