  • Need some help....

Swapped a 98 Camaro 3.8 and T5 into an Rx7. Scans are showing the motor is dumping fuel (+5-7 ms pulse-widths @ 800 rpm). Timing is from 4 to 10 degrees advanced. MAF flow is 1lb-2lb. MAP is 49ish Kpa.

Starts and stalls intermittently, little gas and some trying the car runs. The thing is rich as hell, but after spirited driving the car's B1S1 and B1B2 sensors will start to cycle. Otherwise, they tend to stay in the 10-30mV range.

Wide open throttle is not even operable. Pulse-widths are in the 20-21ms range. The car will just bog. Anything below 80%, timing seems accurate, the car runs OK.

Tried unplugging the cam sensor, and the car would not set a DTC.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.
