A little while ago I posted about how I removed my PCM and the car wouldnt stay running.
Well like I said I got it fixed but the SES light came on.
The car ran fine for about 4 days. I was downtown saturday though and the car started to overheat a little and eventually it wouldn't shift out of first. (A4) Even if I manually put it in 2nd or 3rd it just stayed in 1st. So I had it towed.
The next day I went out to look at it and it ran fine, no problems ever since. SES still on though. Today I had it scanned at auto zone and it pulled six codes, yeah, six. P154, 202, 302, 332, 403, and another one I forgot to write down. If you look those up you'll notice p0332 isnt even for a v6. Keep in mind the car runs perfectly. So my question is can a PCM throw false codes? Did I f**k it up after all when i took it out?
Also, when my car wasnt shifting, could that just be caused by over heating?
Thanks for any help
