ok this is starting to get to me and i think this is why my topend sucks. when my car is in park, i can only rev it to 4000 then it cuts completly off. when i'm driving around town it will go pass 4000 rpms, but the power is not there. i have accel coilpacks, accel 9000 wires and ngk tr6 plugs. what can be cause this.

in P and N (stopped).. rev limiter is at 4K..
You need to autotap..
Monitor and if possible log:
Engine RPM
Ignition Timing Advance
Knock Retard
O2 S1B1
O2 S2B1

You'll need a laptop as well.
