ok, I had to replace the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter and the car won't turn over. when i turn the key but dont start it i hear the fuel pump working but it doesnt pump out any fuel. when i blow in the line that goes to the fuel rail a little fuel bubbles out of the shrader valve. also when all the lines are hooked up and i hear the fuel pump working it bubbles out. it seems like the pump is just puting out air.
Where is this fuel pressure regulator? What symptoms did you have when it went out? I'm replacing my fuel pump right now. I hoping that's the problem, but I need to check everything fuel related.
the fuel press is on the fuel rail that is on the right side of the engine if your looking at it from outside of the car.
I had to replace it because of a nitrous test with the car off. it messed up the FPR and it didnt run right. every time i hit the gas when it was in park it would die.
